Sirloin Stockade — Restaurant in Tamaulipas

I have been here two times and I this will be my last. The food is mediocre, pretty much all the food taste like gas station food. Actually I am offending gas station food saying this. Service is good, they have friendly waiters/waitress that do a great job, they make sure your drinks are always full and they take away your used plates pretty quickly so you can have another plate of food. I came here the first time on a Saturday and they barely had food and they weren't making them fast enough, I can kinda understand because they had lots of people, but still if you know you have lots of people certain days you should be prepared for that. But I know that is wasn't the case because the second time I was here on a Tuesday afternoon and the food situation was the same, out of the ones that tasted decent and plenty of the ones that tasted like microwave food. Worst place I have been at in Reynosa Tamaulipas. Food is a waste, no seasoned, cheapest meat, undercooked pasta, canned pozole. The only thing I liked was the tajin on the border of my michelada jar. Service at the taco bar was BAD. The guy there was so mean at me when I asked him to cook my meat longer. He said, "That meat is already cooked." Pastor meat was compressed for been refrigerated, and he served like that. We paid for a sirloin stake, and we got a peace of nasty, cold meat. El peor lugar en el que he estado en Reynosa Tamaulipas. La comida es un desperdicio, sin condimentos, carnes baratas, pasta poco cocida, pozole enlatado. Lo único que me gustó fue el tajín en el borde de mi tarro de michelada. El servicio en el bar de tacos era MALO. El tipo fue muy malo conmigo cuando le pedí que cocinara mi carne por más tiempo. Él dijo: "Esa carne ya está cocida". La carne de pastor se comprimía para ser refrigerada, y así se servía. Pagamos por un filete de solomillo y obtuvimos un trozo de carne fría y asquerosa. Horrible servicio si pudiera poner 0 estrellas lo haría Acudí la noche de ayer con la familia, la cajera super grosera haciendo caras en todo el rato, tomando los billetes como si trajera lepra o algo, cuando le pregunté por la promoción del cumpleañero me hizo caras y dijo solo antes de las 6pm cuando obviamente en ningún lado dice eso ni en las letras chicas del cupón, no le dije nada. Luego en cuanto a la comida se les tostaron todos los panes, burgers todo lo que tuviera pan. Y en el baño después de cambiar a mi bebé una señorita atrás esperando como guardaespaldas a qué acabará, o sea que clase de acoso es esa? No hice pleito porque traía a mi bebé pero dan ganas de ir sola y preguntarles cuál es su problema? Los chavos súper bien amables etc. pero las chavas no se si les pagan por andar de amargadas o que. Repito fue ayer 26 agosto 2024, se han de acordar bien de mi, traía a mi bebé y que se acuerden porque pondré mi queja. Gracias.
