We were in the area and wanted to get some coffee. This was pretty much the only place serving coffee among the local restaurants. We ordered a cappuccino, an orange juice and a desert - icecream in a coffee. The order arrived shortly. Everything was very tasty. I truly enjoyed my orange juice - it tasted very natural and fresh. The icecream in the coffee was my first ever try. I heard about such a desert but never tried it. I must say here it was very good. The coffee was freshly made and cooled, the I cream was tasty and the combination was great. We paid not more than 150 pesos for everything.
Overall the place has a nice terrace, we were sitting outside. It was a lovely atmosphere. The service was fast and polite. We could understand each other with our basic Spanish.
Overall a great place, good location, tasty food, friendly service and very...

My husband got the vegan platter, which was had a variety of things, including some salad, mini spring rolls, guacamole, beans, crackers, and a cold mayonnaise based salad - not sure what it was, but husband was happy to eat something besides rice and beans. Our shrimp was good - I’m assuming it was fresh. It came with a little bit of salad and about a half cup of rice. Our waitress was good. Limonada Mineral is VERY tart. She brought sugar packets with it, but after 2 it was still making my mouth pucker. The restaurant was recommended by people who’ve lived in Telchac Puerto for 5 years or so. The front covered terrace was a pleasant place to sit. We’ll...

I hear tourism sector is complaining about people keeping their wallet in the pocket and not spending much, well, I have a few tips: *Make some variety in the menu since you all serve the same boring, sometimes even low quality food, *Make your place look clean and appealing, *Lower your prices. Nowhere in Mexico prices are so high for (sea)food as in Yucatan, not even in the mountains.
Eating here would have costs almost the same as eating out in the Netherlands (or Europe) where food has a better quality and...
