Marisquería González — Restaurant in Valladolid

I came here for the food, recommend Ceviche First time service was great, waitress is nice, always with smile. Manager behind the bar, the woman came with the bill is not so friendly.

Today was my second visit, it was around 4-5pm. We have party of 4, I brought my own pop (Sangria) because they didn’t have this drink in the menu last time. Others of my group was going to order drinks from the restaurant. When we walked in, the staffs of the employees didn’t stop me for bringing my pop, after we sat down and ordered, waiter told me that I can’t bring outside drink, I said but we ordered drinks from you as well, it’s not like I don’t participate spending $ in your restaurant, waiter went back to the bar, and this time another waitress came and tried to take my drink away, she was sent by the manager from the bar. I stopped the waitress and said I will not drink my pop, please leave my pop here where I can see it. Waitress agreed and apologized and walked away.

What disgusted me was the manager behind the bar was so chicken hiding behind and let the worker to do awkward request to customers. If we didn’t ordered the food yet, I would walked away from the restaurant, the manager waited until the moment we ordered and did the disgusting action trying to take away my drink. And my party we ordered drink jaimaca (a jug) from the restaurant, it’s not like I being cheap to bring my own drink, it’s because they don’t have the drink I like, and I happen to have a drink in my car, why not consume it?

Let me rephrase Ceviche is good Other foods are mediocre Staff’s service is great Manager is the worst I ever seen in Mexico The Worst I hope the manager doesn’t steal the tips I leave for the workers I will never come back this...

unfortunately it was really disappointing: they wouldn’t sell us any dish under 150 pesos. no tacos, quesadillas only if we take three portions - not even with one of us already taking a pricier dish (200 for fish, 300 for seafood btw) and a guacamole...

Terrible experiencia, lastima la verdad porque los alimentos son buenos...

Nos sentamos en la nueva zona de aire acondicionado y por cuestiones del sol nos sentamos en una mesa para más personas y nos sacaron de ahí que porque no cumplíamos con el número requerido para esa mesa y así nos regresaron a la mesa con sol (No estaba lleno) es más solo habían 2 mesas ocupadas.

De igual forma pedimos un cubetazo de cerveza a lo que ya a la mitad de la primera nos informan que en el área con aire acondicionado no se venden cubos, solo individuales y se llevaron las que quedaban.

Pedimos unas camaroncillas de entrada y sorpresivamente 50 minutos después y luego de terminar los platos fuertes llegaron.

Los alimentos buenos, el servicio...
