La Palapa — Restaurant in Veracruz

The food is of excellent taste and quality. The attention of the waiter very attentive and pleasant. But the bad thing about the place is that being a smoke-free space, and despite having no smoking signs inside the establishment I found people smoking inside. I changed tables and there was another person at the bar smoking. When requesting to speak with the person in charge; His response was with the excuse that diners do not respect the regulations. And therefore it is not pleasant to be breathing the smoke while eating; and the health risk of those we were eating. The fact that they smoke inside the establishment and the health and safety regulations are not respected makes the place unreliable. I hope to make an improvement in complying with the smoke-free space...

Our first time visiting this place. We are from out of town and our friends recommend this place. Its more like a sport bar but the service is the best the people who work there make you feel like a king or queen. When I go back to veracruz I will definitely go back to this place. Remember to...

Mal servicio, caro, habiendo letreros de NO FUMAR, los meseros se hacen "de la vista gorda" y si lo permiten, reclamas y son tan tarugos que le dicen al fumador que tú te estás queja do y hasta te señalan!!! Para justificarse. Muy mala experiencia, parece que hace tru o e las bebidas, ya que les pedí ver la marca de la copa de vino que ofrecen, al saber cual vino es, pedi que me sirvieran en la mesa. O sorpresa!! Me lo negaron ya que eso solo se sirve desde la barra. Mencione que si podía ir a la barra a ver que me sirviera y cinicamente me comentó el.mesero... eso tampoco o se puede.por falta de tiempo no hice lo recomendable, denunciar ante cofrepris y profesores por estas anomalías!!!!
