This was the second accommodation our 6-person group stayed on our 2-week-long tour in the Mexican Yucatan.
The rooms are great, I especially liked the wall paintings, and they were quite spacious, however our room had no hot water however the switch was turned, but the others had, so we might have been doing something wrong. The beds in my opinion were comfortable, I could sleep in them with no problem. As for the street noise, I don't remember any.
The hotel has a restaurant where we had our dinner and breakfast too. The dinner was fantastic, I really liked my garlic octopus, however several of us who tried the coconut shrimps had some remarks, they said they were inedible as they were too sweet. We also had some problems with the pay as well as none of the terminals wanted to work some reason, and at that point we didn't have spare cash, but they were really cool about it and after trying two terminals and some time, they said that we can go and they will work something out until morning and we can pay then. Morning comes, and we got our lovely complementary breakfast for our booking, which consisted of a fruit plate made of fresh fruits, some coffee or tea, and a big omelet (or omelette if you are French) with red bean paste and cooked banana. The whole dish was seriously amazing and hearty. After eating, they of course brought the now working terminal and we could pay for our dinner with card (in Europe we mostly use cards to pay so we came with this mindset).
Overall it was really nice staying here, the owners were super kind, and if I'm ever coming back I'll surely...
