McDonald's — Restaurant in Centru Sector

Placed my order via the e-kiosk, waited for a while, my number poped up on the screen, approched the counter, no one was paying attention to me. Tried to ask a member of staff who might have been a manager or something as he was wearing a blue shirt and he quikly glanced at me and then turned his head and continued doing nothing. Found my order on the counter, took it and left, realised the icecream was missing, came back, asked for the icecream, they checked my number and told me to go wait again for my number to appear on the screen, waited for like 10 minutes for a McFlurry. Decided to approach the counter again to ask if they forgot about my order, only then they decided to make the McFlurry. The total time wasted was unacceptable and the careless attitude of the first two memebres of staff I encoutwred were also not to...

Disappointing ..they are showing nice pictures, but when you check your actually food after you pick up, you will go crazy..is poor and is not even close to the photos of food they pretend will sell.. it's manipulation. they just heat some fake beef with some bacon(in my case) and that's it.. probably everyone is used to this type of service and nobody complain. but if you come from outside you will see the difference. i didn't want to complain on the spot because probably i would wanted to throw that garbage burger in their manager face. anyways..i ended up buying a real burger from the shop next to it.. it was much better. and next time i will try to avoid McDonald's in this mall even if the kids want...

I hate the MC's new, digital, dehumanized servicing system! It's creepy and non friendly to it's clients, I saw many times frustrated people quitting the "talking to those touching machines"... If one day McDonald's sales will fail, the reason will be: talking with it's human clients in real restaurants via a stupid robot.

I like going to real restaurants not because of the "unique and very tasty MC's food", it's well known - not already unique, I'm going to the restaurant for socializing first! Otherwise I can order online whatever I like from any city...
