Asian Hot Pot Restaurant — Restaurant in Ulaanbaatar

All the 'standard tables' were extremely dirty. We asked for one of the clean ones and they said "oh that one is near a window so you need to pay extra to sit there". Food took forever, and 2 items were forgotten. When we asked about them, they said, "Oh, we'll put the order in now." We said "no thank you, it is too late," but they insisted they had to. Makes no sense, but we paid for them, waited forever again, and took them with us. They randomly tried to give us 2 cans of coke that we didn't order. They sent them to our table by mistake. They have a robot delivery cart that gets stuck all the time. If it does make it to your table, you have to get the dishes off of it yourself. They even use it to deliver to the VIP rooms that have closed doors, so the cart sits there letting the food get cold until a "VIP" comes out for some reason. Not how I would treat a VIP. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant...

No one care what I ordered and how to use Equipment control plate temperature . Finally I got a huge potion( I was alone ) . however meats and veggies are so fresh and tasty also price is so reasonable. Am satisfied . and would love to visit again . But location now its different . located in just next building...

Been there few times. food was fine, but utensils and some dishes were super dirty. I asked waiter to bring new one, but brought super dirty spoons three times in a row. So disgusting.
