Монгол хэлээр, доор (Mongol kheleer, door) As a born and bred South Indian from Bengaluru, can vouch for the South Special Menu (Sat/Sun 12-9pm ONLY).

DON'T MISS: Rasam is delicious and spicy by default. Super soft idlis, crispy+soft vadas hit the spot. Poori is fluffy and not oily (home made feel) Dosa is authentically crisp on outside, can be softer inside. Masala Chai is perfect.

@Indians, request extra spicy for sambar and aloo masala (you'll need it).

Regular menu is disappointing, hence 4 stars. Aloo Gobi, Dal Madras (dal tadka), and Paneer chilly pass the test. If going here, go for the South Special Menu on Sat/Sun 12-9pm ONLY.

This restaurant is halal, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their chicken and beef! If you’re a foreigner living in Mongolia, you’ll understand that local chicken and beef often have a distinct texture, a bit greasy and sometimes with a strong smell. However, the meat here is completely different it’s tender, flavourful, and lacks any of those usual traits. I was honestly shocked at how good it tasted! Definitely a must-try for anyone looking for high-quality halal food...

Quite expensive for UB, similar in price to an expensive U.S. city (obviously a few bucks cheaper). And 1/3rd spills all over the bag when you get it for takeout which causes a mess. Waited 30 minutes. Quality seems good, not really sure it’s very authentic. That being said, my stomach did become upset shortly after eating it (not food poisoning!) I only ate plain food way earlier in the day so I think it has to be this meal. If I’m paying 54k for a meal, I would hope it wouldn’t...
