Sirloin was a bit chewy but the tenderloin was excellent with the perfect melts-in-your-mouth quality. Banchan and dips were great with the complimentary salads being a surprising standout for me. Kimchijjigae was huge with tons of tender pork. Interior was beautiful and expansive with an elegant, dark decor. Service was just fine though. While certainly eager to please and trying their best, the wait staff were not very confident, somewhat mumbling and stumbling their way through presenting the dishes, and they got one of my orders wrong (mixed up yukgaejang with yukhoe). I really wanted to like this place but I’m very disappointed. Some of the items weren’t available, then after ordering a drink, 20 mins later they tell me it’s sold out. Ordered hot latte, it came out lukewarm…The server tells us that meat platter is for 4 people, it was definitely not enough for 4 people. While the meat was cooking, I ordered 2 side of rice but never brought it to me. Since we weren’t full, we decided to order some soup but it never came out, when we asked when is the soup coming, they asked if we ordered it!
