I recently visited Mr. Ling Branch 120 and was quite disappointed with both the food and the service. The flavor of the dishes was rather bland, and the overall customer service and communication left much to be desired. I initially placed an order for one dish and later added a second. However, after waiting a considerable amount of time for the first dish, I inquired with the staff, only to be told that it had not been entered into the system — it had been forgotten.
