I'd give this 0 stars if I could. Reserved a VIP table in advance for an adolescent birthday celebration, but when we got there, the room wasn't ready. That was all fine until the employees started to ignore the kids celebrating, rolling eyes, acting annoyed and straight up kind of bullying some young kids who are just trying to have a good time. When I arrived to diffuse the situation and walked up to the cashier to ask them a question, I heard the two employees (one seeming to be the manager), trash talking and gossiping about the kids in the VIP room. No one there treated the employees with disrespect, and the behavior, body language and tone of the employees were very rude from the start! It's a very common occurrence in this country to "look down on" younger kids, but I will not tolerate such disastrous behaviour on a birthday celebration. Either train your employees well, teach them basic manners, or get rid of such eyesores! Wouldn't last a second out there in more advanced countries where basic good manners are prioritized....
