ZANPA Japanese Restaurant — Restaurant in undefined

Been here 3-4 times. Food is okay but never satisfied with service. Out of 3-4 times, they forget to take the order twice. Once, my friend and I waited for 40min-1hr for the menu and heard that they didn't even take the order. We had to skip our lunch because we were running out of time. Didnt apologize for their mistake. Second time, I order tuna roll and soba. I waited 30 min to eat tuna roll. And, waited another 20 min more for soba but couldnt have one because they again didnt take the order. The place wasnt crowded at all and the waitress literally repeated my order...

We ordered Gyudon, Avocado roll and edamame. Food was smelling musty, we found out that ginger went bad smells like mold in our food yet the chef came out and just said Gingers smells normal. And this is outrageous that chef cannot even smell the mold. Edamame tasted like it’s already cooked and wasn’t fresh even edamame’s skin was too soft like I could chew. And wasabi didn’t have any spice like it’s been expired long time ago. The interior was nice but doesn’t match with the music Overall… not...

This place is boring in everything except smart toilets that smarter then stuff here. Ramen feels like water , not enough taste in it. Interior looks dull and boring. Stuff is super slow and rude to take an order. I wouldn't recommend...
