I recently revisited the highly overrated restaurant in Podgorica, despite having avoided it for the past two years. Unfortunately, my return confirmed my earlier impressions.
Firstly, our waiter forgot our orders not once, but twice. Even after reminding him about a missing coffee, it never arrived. The service was far from satisfactory.
The quality of the food was equally disappointing. My salad consisted of mere lettuce, one cherry tomato, and two cubes of cheese, lacking any discernible taste. To make matters worse, the lone cherry tomato was of poor quality.
Adding to the dissatisfaction, both the coffee and fresh juices were subpar considering their prices. This further diminished the overall dining experience.
In conclusion, there seems to be an unwarranted allure surrounding this restaurant. However, based on my recent visit, I would strongly recommend exploring other dining options in Podgorica that offer better service, quality, and overall value...
Read moreWhat a terrible experience in terms of food. Prices are premium (normal prices x2 for some.dishes), the food is unfortunately far from 'premium'.
Risotto = normal rice that isn't cooked enough Salm= no taste, no spices Tuna tartare= no taste, for sure frozen, no tartare just raw 'tuna' with a weir texture Octopussalad= taste of some weird fish but no octopus.. the avocado in the dish was brown and had hard pieces, no freshness
What was supposed to be a nice ending of a vacation we paid double what we paid earlier in other restaurants. The quality is not even close. Such a shame. Hopefully they will change a lot to the dishes as people who are paying premium should get premium food.
The waiter on the other hand was very friendly and...
Read moreI honestly expected a bit more from The Living Room but was a bit disappointed. The vibe is accurately described by the namesake. You can sit on a couch and eat and/or drink on a low table. The spinach and bacon gnocchi was varying in texture, most being dense and chewy while some having a slightly better texture. The sea bass had a soft and overall fishy tasting skin when compared to various other places with similar pricing. The veal was just OK and a bit undercooked for medium. The potatoes that came with it were very good. Overall, the quality was a bit all over the place. But if you're coming to lounge or get drinks, this could be a good spot. Overall, I expected more from a hotel restaurant with higher...
