MISTER COOK — Restaurant in Agadir

Ive been in Morocco for over 3 years and have yet to get used to the handling of food. Yes this snack is modern and many options to eat BUT my experience is too incredible and unbelievable. someone returned their Avocado juice to add more sugar...it was sitting on the counter then the server returned to take it to the client, can you believe he took a sip from the juice, threw the straw away, put a new one in...he was making sure it was up to taste 🤨 The cake slicer fell on the floor so the server put it next to the sink. I asked for a slice of cake would you believe another server takes the SAME slicer up without washing it to give me the cake...of course i made my concern heard. The guy serving ice cream decides he wants to tase the ice cream not a problem but he took a spoon and tasted n double dipped in the ice cream....so we are eating his spit... Im really concern what goes on behing that we dont see Ive not been...

They have the best Sundae Ice creams ever ! service is good (noticing the staff changes every now and then ) quick clean and on time . the new design menu they made and the change they made in some receipts in their menu like shawarma used to be better ( not anymore ) Their pasta Bolognese seems like it had. Maggie Bolognese cubes or ( Knorr). The ice section is the best the new design was artistic to see and pleasing to get ice cream and try the flavour, to to mention the staff is friendly.

The sales fruit all the fruits were expired , and the tropical juice tasted like someone puke at it , my friend had a food poison because of the food . I hope you enhance the food quality and take care of it it does risk the customer's...

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, my experience at Mr. Cook was underwhelming. The service was slow and inattentive, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. The food took a long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold and lacked flavor. The presentation didn’t match the photos on the menu, and the portions were small for the price.

The staff didn’t seem very welcoming or professional, and there was little effort to fix the issues when we raised our concerns. Overall, it felt like they just didn’t care about the customer experience.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this visit left a bad impression. Sadly, I won’t be coming back or recommending...
