Let me begin by saying — I absolutely LOVED the service! From the waiters to the manager, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, smiling, and professional.

A special shoutout to Younes, the waiter who served us; he was exceptionally kind, attentive, and courteous. It was my birthday, and they made sure it felt special and properly celebrated.

But let me say this: the service wasn’t the only amazing thing about this place — the food was just as impressive! The cuisine lived up to expectations, and the prices were very reasonable considering the quality.

The ambiance was lovely. I especially appreciated the magical decor and nature-inspired setting; it felt so peaceful and beautiful to be surrounded by greenery while enjoying my meal.

If I had to point out one thing that wasn’t perfect — and this is totally based on personal taste — it would be the live music. I enjoyed the Arabic songs a lot, but the other musical styles weren’t quite my vibe. That said, the music was still enjoyable overall, and the band was clearly very talented and professional.

Worst location ever for a restaurant!!! Situated between warehouses in a dark neighborhood behind Souk El Had. After being received by fake smile from the manager/cashier, we made our way to a table a kept waiting for a waiter to pop for more than 20 minutes. Later, a water stoped next to us without greeting/welcomes looking elsewhere and not listening to what we were trying to order amidst the loud music. Suddenly, he interrupted the order-taking and left under the excuse of some clients that were about to leave. It's the worst restaurant i 've experienced so far!
