It was a disaster, i gave this place so many chances, but this time it was the end, the most horrible coffee, the service is so low, not even the attitude, i was sitting in terace with my mom and we kept waiting then i came down just to take the menus then we waited for so long so i had to go down again to give my order, and they didn’t even apologise for this, then the server came with hot water and horrible coffee, the desert was medium, and he forgot some things, we couldn’t even drink the coffee so we paid and got out of there and went to another coffee. I had high expectations for Villa Pearl Rabat, but unfortunately, my visit was a big disappointment. We ordered a bento machawi, expecting grilled meat as described on the menu. Instead, the meat was fried, overly hard. To make things worse, it took 40 minutes for the food to arrive, and the presentation was far from what was shown on their Instagram page. The waitress was not friendly or welcoming and came across as quite rude, which made the experience even more unpleasant. It was 9pm. The terrace where we allowed to sit was too dark & it was FREEZING! They still didn’t allow us to sit inside because we ordered only coffee & tea. They said customers MIGHT come & MIGHT order dinner, and those had priority to sit inside. But there were ZERO customers inside at that moment & we were freezing!
