Lots of issues this time. I have been accused first of having broken a remote. It was clear i hadnt Used much in the room since i got there after midnight, woke up late when i ordered breakfast at 11h30. Had to hang up on the receptionist since when i Said i Didnt use it and it was indeed broken on the table she replied no it was not. The one sane answer was well I am saying no yoy are saying yes So do what you need and i hang up. Then while trying To rejoin my son at a clinique for an emergency i was stopped by a different lady saying for the no smoking...I had freaking idea what she was talking about. I asked sur said u have To pay you smoked in the room... I was like listen i smoked in the balcony. I am planning to get m'y son. Plus everytime i book i ask for a balcony So...she was like you smoked in the bathroom...insulting but ok...then a third lady jumped at me saying i saw cigarette ashes in the bathroom sink...this was after i Said let me go i have m'y son in er...looking at the number of times having booked at their chain why would i have not smoken in the bathroom before? And being the customer here even je they were 100 percent certain Which they were not I expect good customer treatment. We have called The owner as well he apologized but the staff needs a life and a reality check. Read moreThis place fell short of my expectations. I wouldn't return. The room (suite ambassadeur) is big and the furniture modern, but many things are broken and that doesn't seem to bother the staff. The room is cleaned daily but not thoroughly. When I checked in, there was still the former guest's soap and hairclip in the shower. The staff didn't pick it up the next day so I threw it out. The kitchen is not as functional as one would expect because so little is provided. They don't even provide a cloth to wipe the counter. The salt and pepper were all dried up in the shakers. The fridge had been left turned off with the door shut before I checked in so it smelled pretty bad. The drawers and cupboards were dirty. The bed was comfortable and there was a smart tv. In the closet, the hangers are low so there's nowhere to hang a dress without it hanging on the floor. Lots of little fixes they could easily make to make it worth the price (1700dhs a night!). Read moreWe reserved this hotel by hotel.com; 2 rooms and 3 nights stay. When we arrived at hotel, hotel receptionist told us that they have never heard about our reservation. They said the hotel was complete. Why? We have already paid off the total fees. They said: “No, we’ve never received such amount”. And they proposed to reserve our rooms at another hotel that we declined. ||We send the hotel.com 2 e-mails aout this incident. No reply. So a day after, we call to hotel.com to whom we explained our situation. The person at the call center of hotel.com was very surprised to hear from us and said us that our reservation was confirmed by the hotel and even the total amount of our fees has been transferred to the hotel. ||What’s happened? Is this a bad joke or they are cheating?||We are waiting for a proposal of solution coming from hotel.com that the person at call center had promised us within 12 hours.
