Generally speaking, food is as good as what we expect from Paul. However, why 3 stars? The quality of service: More than 7 staff are working for about 55 tables (2-4 clients per table). Therefore, 8 tables per staff. However, each order took long long long time to await. In the TV show Cauchemar en cuisine, there’s one theory: more than 15 minutes of waiting, there must be some problems on this restaurant. We were waiting for more than 20 minutes; What’s more, during our waiting, we handed up several time to call the staff. However, all the staff ignored us, even they noticed our signals for more than 4 time, among them, with some eye contact. I don’t understand. Rapidity or quick response is one of the most important factors in catering service, service industry. Paul is a French brand and I really know the French service quality cause I spent 2 years in France. Therefore, please improve your service rapidity and response to the clients’ request quick. The uniforms of staff were extremely dirty, visibly worn out, and no longer white but a dull, grimy color, giving an impression of neglect. The lack of attention to cleanliness was off-putting and did not meet the expected standards. Having visited numerous Paul branches across Morocco and Europe, I can confidently say this was the worst experience I’ve had.
