I gave the rooms 5 Stars because I didn't rent a room and I don't want to judge a place I haven't been too, so I'm giving them the best stars until I rent a room someday and they prove me wrong.
I only went to the restaurant, and the service was very good, the staff working there was very nice and respectful. The young guys working are respectful The old waiter that works there was the best server they had, he made have a very good time. I sat in a good spot when I was eating with my wife but when we finished eating our food and wanted a hookah (shisha) we had to move over to the smoking area, which is totally understandable since smoke shouldn't be in an area where people eat.
We went to smoke a shisha and got some drink but we were located in a spot waaaaaay in the back even dough there was a lot of empty spaces closer to the DJ and the big screen where the Olympic Games where played (that I really wanted to see)
We slowly moved forward towards the screen we changed tables three times and the old man working there as a server knew exactly what we wanted after we told him we want to sit closer to the screen, he slowly moved us closet and closer until we were in front of the screen.
The reason why I gave the service 5 stars is because I really liked the way they treated us and the reason I gave the location a 3 stars review is because they don't have any kind of amusement or entertainment or a screen where you can watch the games like in the dining/drinking area... And forgetting the people who smokes also wants to have a good time.
But all in all the place is amazing they just need to give the people who smokes entertainment so they don't feel left out of the whole party and don't...

My partner and I spent what felt like weeks searching for somewhere to stay in Casablanca. We wanted somewhere that was clean, well presented and quiet. This hotel has only been open since March 2019 hence not many reviews! Well we can tell you now, book this hotel! Check-in was swift and professional and there is underground FREE parking for your hire car if you have one (driving is not for the faint hearted in Casablanca). The rooms in this hotel are brilliant and clean with all you need, we can not recommend this hotel more! The terrace is beautiful and relaxing with plenty of seating and the restaurant is also very elegant and well laid out with breakfast served everyday (€15 pp per night) a little pricey in our opinion. The hotel staff are all very friendly and there is plenty of security so no need to worry about a thing. To sum it up, we enjoyed 4 nights in this oasis in the middle of Casablanca with good links to everything as taxis are very cheap around the city. You can spend much much more for hotels in the centre, but why would you when hotel ONOMO is such a great modern, stylish and clean choice for your stay. My partner even left her expensive coat in the room, when we returned to the UK we called the hotel and house keeping had found it and put it aside! We are getting it returned to us as I write this review. Please do not hesitate to book this hotel, the ONOMO chain seem to have nailed it when it comes to reasonably priced hotels in good locations with almost opulent / stylish designed interiors. Read moreI visited your restaurant yesterday 10-may.I was disappointed first after we ordered 2 beers the waiter said that we are obliged to order a tapas which is weird as we used to drink there from time to time and we have never been asked to order a tapas obligatory and the second One i was disappointed with the service I received during the payment process. When I went to pay my bill, the waiter attempted thatthe payment didn’t pass through the TPE so he asked to take the card and do the payment by himself the total at first was 230dh so we ended up paying 320dh because the waiter at tempted to add up the total using the TPE machine . Despite my efforts to point out the error, the waiter appeared to be impatient and did not listen to my concerns. As a result, I was overcharged for my meal. After another attempt to show him his mistake he finally brought the difference between the two bills in cash. This experience left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service provided. I believe that your restaurant values customer satisfaction and I hope that you will take this matter seriously. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this incident and take appropriate action to ensure that your customers receive accurate billing and attentive service in the future.
