Ukiyo — Restaurant in arrondissement d'Anfa مقاطعة أنفا

Hello there, few days ago i just had the chance to visit your restaurant and i have few things to say . 1st of all i want to thank you for having such patient workers , cause me and my sibling had so many allergies and therefore i asked if it was possible to get some ingredients removed from some dishes and i felt like i was a burden to the guy who served our table cause he had to go back and forth to discuss with the chef if the removal was possible.

2nd things is i wanna thank the chef for being so precise and not making a single mistake in our food because i always go to restaurants and list the allergies i have and they ALWAYS forget them and i end up starving there . I was so shocked when everything was perfect like for real i was so grateful that he payed attention that i had an allergy and took it seriously.

3rd thing the food was absolutely amazing everyone loved their plates and we got to taste so many new things that we never had , Would come back for sure .

Ps: ive seen reviews talk about how expensive the menu is , i don’t think it’s overpriced because the quality of the products IS indeed so high and probably Imported from another country. Their menu is absolutely amazing if you like...

TL:DR - Very expensive. Very bad quality. Very slow service. Don't accept criticism.

The place looks aesthetically appealing but it certainly does not make up for how bad the service and the food are. The prices are outrageously high for something so bland. I went there with a few friends and this what we unanimously think: -The lemonades taste like colored tap water. Paying 70dhs for that galaxy drink was the scam of the year. -The 3 pieces of onigiri costing 70dhs are way too expensive. -The ramen was not good at all. 120dhs for that monstrosity should not be legal! -Mille crêpes crème brûlée tasted like paper! I could go on but you get the idea. The service is very slow, understandable but not tolerable as you should be prepared to run a business and meet the demand of your customers. The cherry on top is that the IG page manager has reached out after my friend posted a review on her IG story telling her that their products are not to our taste and not to our budget, and that she should have directly spoken to them instead of publicly posting her opinion.
