What an amazing experience! This restaurant was probably the best restaurant I have been to this year. We have found this address on internet and we were very reluctant at first. The service was perfect, the staff was very friendly and the chef, well he was simply the best ever ! We had a seafood salad and seafood soups as starters. For the mains, we went for the seafood platter and the Gambas pil pil. I think the pictures speak for themselves 😍. It was simply a feast. To all the seafood fans out there, it’s a Must do. A special thanks to the chef 👨‍🍳 who also came to see us at the end. I can’t wait to come back… Thanks for this memorable experience🙏

The place is understaffed, it was lunch time, not the cleanest, however, their dishes are great, the seafood soup, with turmeric is amazing, the grilled calamari very tasty and the sea bass well seasoned, if I had the opportunity, will come back

Pour le moment c'est le meilleur restaurant de poisson que j'ai testé. J'ai pris de l'espadon et il était fondant en bouche et très goûteux. Il était accompagné de légumes et riz tout aussi goûteux. Les quantités sont suffisantes (j'ai pas tout fini alors que c'était bon). En attendant la cuisson du poisson ils offrent un apetizer avec trio de salade, poivron, épinard avec du pain. J'ai payé 95dh le tout avec un jus de citron en boisson. Je me suis installé à l'extérieur mais l'intérieur est tout aussi confortable. J'ai payé par carte bancaire. Et le personnel est très gentil.

We read the reviews and were excited to try L’Ombrina our first night in Tangier. Sorry to say it is highly overrated. While the service is pleasant, the food is average at best. We had a strange salad with several components that were okay but just did not go together - green beans, fruit, potato salad, cabbage slaw, and a tomato cucumber salsa. It also had what appeared to be canned tuna on top. They were out of marinated anchovies, but made some fried instead that were nothing special. The paella, which we were looking forward to the most, was just okay, the shrimp were overcooked and served with their heads and shells, making it hard to eat. There was a bit of calamari and some fish pieces without much flavor. The rice was the best part. Nowhere near the 4.8 start rating...

We were in Morocco for our honeymoon, and stayed within walking distance. Staff was friendly despite language barrier - got by with English, Spanish, and a little bit of French. Started with fish soup (which was tangy and delicious), then asked for their recommendation on the main course & got a plate each of all their specialties. Everything was great. Calamari was not rubbery, but soft & creamy. Lentil soup was the best we’ve had. The fish was cooked just right, and the steak melted in your mouth.
