Absolutely disgraceful. We sat for almost two hours and never got a single meal - not even the starters. Just bread and butter like we were being fed scraps, while every table around us (who arrived later) got served their starters. Staff kept lying to us with “15 minutes” and “2 minutes,” but nothing ever came. A steak and rib restaurant with no ribs ready at 7:30 p.m.? Ridiculous. Zero communication, zero service, zero respect for customers. This was hands down the worst restaurant experience of my life. Do yourself a favor and...

Steak and rib specialists… without steak or ribs. At prime dinner time. That’s like walking into Nando’s and being told, “Sorry, no chicken for the next hour.”

We figured, fine, we’ll wait for starters. Except the table that arrived after us got theirs first — a nice little slap in the face. Nearly two hours later, we’d had nothing but bread. No starters. No updates. Not even the courtesy of an apology.

J’ai été absolument conquis(e) par ce restaurant ! Dès l’entrée, on est séduit par une ambiance chaleureuse et une décoration soignée — un lieu à la fois élégant et convivial. Le service était tout simplement parfait : personnel attentionné, souriant et très professionnel.

Et que dire des plats… C’était incroyablement bon ! Les steaks et les ribs sont cuits à la perfection, tendres et savoureux, avec des accompagnements généreux et bien équilibrés. On sent que les produits sont de qualité et préparés avec passion.
