I finally tried OTTO, the place everyone calls the best pizza spot in Casablanca. And yeah — it’s good. Really good. The Margherita was exactly what you’d expect from a proper Neapolitan pizza: thin center, airy crust, quality ingredients, and just the right balance between sauce, cheese, and basil.

The dough is clearly made with care — light, soft, and well-fermented. The mozzarella melts perfectly into the tomato, and nothing feels overdone or thrown on for show. You can tell the kitchen knows what they’re doing and is sticking close to the traditional playbook.

Now, is it the best pizza in Casa? It might be. But it’s not head and shoulders above spots like Briganti or Da Nolita. OTTO is just clean, sharp execution of the classic Neapolitan pizza. It’s serious about what it does, and it delivers.

Well, I heard so much about this "exclusive" restaurant. I checked their social media, and they have an amazing presence, so I decided to go on a date there. Once we arrived, we found a long line of people waiting outside. I HATED how I have to enter to register my name in someone's whatsapp so they keep track. There should be a doorman to handle that because you have to enter the small restaurant and in front of people ask them to register you and then you go out again. That is very psychologically damaging for me and my date. After waiting 1 hour, the line was moving so slowly that we decided to leave because the management was terrible. A restaurant is not just about food but about how you reassure people. Least to say, the person who was writing the names in Whatsapp was very rude because he is the waiter as well.

So, yeah. I recommend that if you want to just dine by yourself and you have nothing to do, but if you want to have a date, go...
