I was surprised today r To come to matsco with pluxee meal check, which usually sodexo uses with special partnerships with certain restaurants just to be denied from using them. With both waiters saying no, not because i actually can't use them. But because of their ignorance and arrogance. Nonetheless i contacted the company and hopefully they terminate this partnership plus i'll be contacting the manager tomorrow morning as well.

“Ordered a Taco L, got a 3 cm diaper! My friend ordered a Taco M and I got a Taco L. When they arrived, we noticed something strange! both were the exact same size. Curious, we measured them and surprise! Identical. When I asked for an explanation, I was told, “We added a little to your friend’s” So basically, I paid extra for… nothing. Very bad customer service ! Will never eat again there 🙏🏻

J’ai commandé une pizza bolognaise et quelques heures après, j’ai été pris de violentes douleurs abdominales, vomissements et diarrhées. Résultat ? Hospitalisation d’urgence avec intoxication alimentaire confirmée par les médecins. Je ne parle pas juste d’un simple mal de ventre, j’ai failli y rester. J’ai les preuves médicales et je vais les partager pour que plus personne ne tombe dans ce piège. Ce restaurant joue avec la santé des gens et ne respecte visiblement aucune norme d’hygiène ! Ne prenez pas de risques, évitez cet endroit à tout prix. J’exige une enquête des autorités sanitaires et j’appelle toutes les victimes à témoigner. Il est temps de faire fermer ce nid à bactéries !

I recently visited Matsco, and it was an absolute delight, especially for anyone who loves French tacos. You can never fault this place, they never let us down to be honest, either it is a delivery or a dine in we re always trated with a smile. I remember we were delivered a wrong order and they redid it and sent us a new one without even charging us, and it reminded of a top notch service in the US... as for dining in the restaurant is spacious with two storeys, the food is temarkable and you can feel it is clean if you know what I mean. Just go there, there is a reason why some people say they have the best...

The waiter wasn't attentive and brought us 3 portions of fries instead of 1 that we ordered. It was really strange, because we asked about 1 shawarma with fries and 1 without them, and he brought 2 shawarmas with fries plus a portion of fries separately.
