If I could give 0 stars, I would !!! When I first sat down, they asked me to move to the café section if I don't plan to eat, or if I want to work on my laptop. I fully understood and moved to the specific area as requested. A few minutes later, 2 friends joined me, to catch up on some work. We sat down, ordered, an hour passed by and an unknown server, comes asking us to separate the two tables, why ? Because other customers want two tables! And to top it all he brings in another girl pretending to be the "manager" who starts slapping on the table and both of them start talking very inappropriately asking us to either separate the tables as requested or leave. Extrêmement déçu de notre visite d'hier soir. Triste est de constater que la qualité de service s'est fortement dégradée ces derniers mois ; 30' en ayant placé des clients à l'étage et ne vient pas prendre la commande (descendu de moi-même faire la commande au comptoir car ils nous ont oubliés. Pourtant ils étaient tous en bas et le lieu n'était pas bondé de monde) les sièges sont sales et la propreté des WC laisse clairement à désirer. Que s'est-il passé au Symphony qui était encore propre il y a 6 mois ? commande arrivée : pas le bon plat. Commandé un sandwich croustillant (65dh et le plus cher de la carte tout de même) ; il manquait la salade comme promise sur la carte, la quantité était ridicule, il manquait des ingrédients essentiels dans le sandwich comme la sauce Symphony, les cornichons, les oignons caramélisés, le fromage,... Bref rien à avoir avec la commande

Lors du paiement, je fais constater la situation, tout le monde baisse la tête mais aucune action commerciale ou un geste concret. Bref, la qualité de service et des plats a clairement chuté, nous sommes passés d'un beau restaurant à un snack qui privilégie les commandes par application web.
