Abdul is an extremely kind and friendly guy. He speaks Spanish and some bits of English but is very happy to communicate with his customers. He is respectful at all times and never pushes you, but if you want to engage with him he will talk with you all evening!
We enjoyed the food that he prepared as well as the drinks, but our favourite part of the experience was to be able to talk with a local person about his life and experiences.
The food was far superior to what we found in the city and the prices were much better too. You may have to wait a little while for the food as everything is cooked fresh to order, but I can assure you it is 100% worth the wait!
We enjoyed our time here so much that we made some special requests for the following evening and returned up the very steep hill to visit our new friend! He was genuinely excited that we took an interest in the cuisine here and wanted to share his local customs with us.
