Great stay! All positive. Hosts (Mohammed and Miriam) sooooooooo nice. Mohammed met us at the top of the hill when we first arrived and told our taxi driver to leave and stop trying to get more money from us. He offered to meet us in town but our taxi driver was a bit crazy and didnt stop. Mohammed let us choose which room we wanted and we chose the lower level room with the view. They brought us tea and cookies right away and asked when we would like dinner. We said ASAP and there was a feast ready in less than an hour. Food was very delicious. 10 minute walk to the spanish mosque with also a nice viewpoint. We had our superb breakfast on the upper terrace. They gave us a ride the bus station. Great value. Clean room. Great views. Very nice family/hosts. It was so nice staying somewhere that they were genuinely nice and did not feel like they would take advantage of any tourist. Thank you soooooo much for a...
Read moreWow wow wow I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The owner is so accommodating. It was raining and he came and picked us up from town. The food they serve is amazing and home cooked! I’ve never felt like such a genuine hospitality! The value for money is outstanding. He brought us bottled waters to the room for no extra charge. The rooms are spacious and clean. The road looks a bit treacherous to drive up but we did it in a Kia picanto and we’re totally fine. The owner helped us drive out as well since it poured rain the last few days we were there. The view is amazing and only a 15 min walk right into the heart of the blue Medina! I never write reviews but my experience was so lovely I had to! Ps when it says sofa bed it literally means a sofa ( not a pull out) but it’s comfy and heaps of blankets and pillows! Book this place you...
Read moreMohammed and his wife, as well as Rachid made me feel home during my stay in Chefchaouen. They are truly the kindest people I know in the area. Their hospitality, availability and reactivity are impressive. Their property is located in the most beautiful part of the city, that is on the hills, 10 mn away by foot from the medina, and is the most perfect sunset view point of all, away from the noise. Their sense of humor, good spirit and good advice will stay with me. My motorbike had a technical issue and Mohammed was diligent in finding a friend mechanic who fixed it in no time. The birds singing early morning and late night were for me the highmark of a peaceful and enchanting place. Blue House Town and their hosts will definitely be...
