The food at Ciconia Chellah is incredibly delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. (Pastilla, Briwat) I also loved the waitstaff's special uniforms, which perfectly match the restaurant's style and add to the overall charm. The restaurant has two distinct levels. The lower level features shorter tables, ideal for enjoying juice or a light snack, while offering a close-up view of the mountains and the ciconia birds that the restaurant is named after. The upper level, with its taller tables, is designed for lunch/dinner, providing a stunning panoramic view of the beautiful landscape that was my favorite spot.

The only downside is that... it's expensive, but I'd say the experience at Chellah makes it almost worth it, I don't recommend if you're willing to spend less than 100 DHS for small portions of delicious food, or a 30-40...

The location is simply breathtaking: the view lays out Rabat in all its splendor, exposing both the past and the future, and right in between you find yourself anchored in the present moment, enjoying them both.

The setting is magical — ancient ruins, lush gardens, storks circling above — everything tells the story of Rabat’s long history while opening onto what’s yet to come. It’s a suspended moment, one that captures the very soul of the city.

That said, the prices are far from justified. Entry to the archaeological site already comes at a considerable cost, and once inside, the café’s menu, though served in a stunning environment, doesn’t live up to the expense. It leaves you with the sense that this precious moment is accompanied by an...

One of the most unique dining experiences I’ve ever had. You sit at a terrace facing a ‘gallery’ of nesting storks and their chicks, with a valley as a backdrop. The view is stunning and the clattering of the storks serves is a natural background music. Amazing!

I don’t understand the rationale of the poor reviews. Indeed the price is more expensive than the restaurants outside but not too much more. We’ve received impeccable and attentive service and food was really delicious and well-executed. We ordered a chicken batbou and a cheeseburger which was juicy and tasty, and the moroccan tea ice cream was surprisingly delightful.

I can’t rave more about the place and would highly recommend anyone visiting the...
