Panther's House — Restaurant in Fez

I rarely write bad reviews but the level of service i received at panther’s house was the worst i have ever encountered. We waited over 45 mins for our food to arrive , and even more for a simple (cold) burger . The food was honestly really good except for the burger which was a major disappointment ( not recommended at all) . We asked for the bill , after about 5mins the waiter told us the total amount ( 510 dhs) without bringing us the check which was already suspicious so we asked for it. It took a considerably long time for it to arrive and when it finally did , the total was less than what she said at first ( initial total = 510dh , real total =494dh ) . And the weirdest thing was that they added 5 water bottles(that we did not ask for !!!!!! So they made us pay for things that we didn’t ask for ) to the total and they modified the orange juice from 15dh to 19dh , just to try and reach 510dh so that they could try and cover for their dishonesty!! And after we confronted them they would still not apologize and the waiter + manager were very rude . The terrible service completely ruined what should’ve been a pleasant dining experience, and overshadowed any potential positives about the food...

Upon my visit to Panther's House cafe restaurant, I was immediately impressed by its sophisticated design and the immersive ambiance set by the music, reminiscent of a Franco-inspired setting. Intrigued by the diverse menu offering both Italian and Moroccan cuisine, my cousin and I, avid culinary enthusiasts, chose to explore the culinary offerings. Despite initial menu navigation challenges, I settled on the Mixte Grill, aligning with my culinary preferences.

The complimentary entry, complemented by an atmospheric musical backdrop, elevated the overall allure of the establishment. Despite a slight delay in receiving our orders, the freshness and succulence of the food, particularly the well-balanced spiciness of the grilled items, proved to be gratifying. Notably, the quality of the water service further enhanced the positive dining experience. Although I wish the steak could have been better, overall, it was a very satisfying culinary experience at...

I loved the food a lot! We ordered a pizza fruit de mar, some cups of coffee, a mojito pineapple and 2 taco’s with chicken and viande hachée. It was so good! After we ordered, they gave us all small bottles of Aquafina water. The interior is sooo pretty and in theme of earth and panther, and the prices too, it comes with fries, sauce and a salad. Even from the outside it looks magnificent. I’m a moroccan from abroad, and in sha Allah I’ll return again when I’m back in Fes....
