أسوء معاملة بعيشها خلال تواجدي بالمغرب!

I recently had the displeasure of visiting a sweet shop that, while boasting delightful sweets, offered a customer service experience that was anything but sweet.

The quality of the desserts could not compensate for the poor service and overall disappointing visit.

Upon arrival at 10 PM, well before the 1 AM closing time listed on Google Maps, we faced our first issue. We asked about soft kunafa, only to be told it wasn't available, despite later seeing it served to other customers.

This inconsistency was the beginning of a series of service failures. When we tried to inquire about other sweet varieties, the staff member brusquely informed us that "everything is available" and redirected us inside to ask another employee.

Yet, upon following his advice, we found that the reality was starkly different; the options we sought were nowhere to be found, directly contradicting what we were told.

This situation was further exacerbated when the same staff member, rather than assisting us, chose to engage in lengthy conversations with other patrons, blatantly ignoring our need for service.

The visit ended with us explaining our issues to the owner, hoping for some acknowledgment of the poor service. Instead, we received a dismissive response, blaming us for our timing, despite it being hours before their advertised closing time.This experience stands as my most regrettable in Marrakech.

The blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and the misleading information provided by the staff have firmly dissuaded me from ever returning. It's a shame that a place capable of crafting such delectable sweets fails so profoundly at delivering basic...

I use to visit this place when ever I visit Marrakech which is actually often I also suggested it to all my friends and family Unfortunately my daughter had a bad experience when she visited the place today She went twice this morning and she was charged different prices for the same drink When she questioned that The waiter called the manager or the owner Who ever was there this morning about 11/12 the 5/7/2025 who was talking to her In a very bad manner instead of apologising For their mistake Obviously she will never go there again And of course I won’t be going back their myself even if I like the coffee Customer service is very important factor I wonder where these people had...
