Restaurant Oumnia Marrakech — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

I use to come to this place very often because of its affordable and delicious food but today everything was bad, starting with the service, the place was empty we were two persons and we sat on a 4 places table then they come and told us we need to change it because a family might come and need it as I mentioned before there was plenty of tables empty and he didn’t wait for us to answer he immediately took the menu from the table to another one close to the noise of place where they cook. Sunday, June 23th, 2024, 10PM: Assigning the tables was incredibly slow. The waiter would promise that you’re next in line yet they would pass 2 group the same size as you before you. When you finally got assigned at a table, the table still held the mess and eaten food from the previous group. It’s not that much of a bother as you’re just happy to be finally seated but it doesn’t look that good for them. Food took about 45minutes to arrive and it was actually pretty good. Although I am a regular customer of Oumnia Restaurant, today I decided that I will not come to this restaurant again with my family because of the poor service and unprofessional treatment of the staff that was repeated several times, especially the waiter (Ismail) who dealt in a provocative and irresponsible manner.
