Amoud Marrakech — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

I very much love the bread from Amoud, even though the store is far off my usual route and I have to make quite a trip to get there. Hence I am a little saddened by the rather disappointing service from the counter. I have now repeatedly been left standing around without offer of help while store was empty but the ladies behind the counter all talked to one other client ( perhaps they knew them?). Why do all have to talk to the same client and ignore new customers entering the store? Not once, not twice, it happened repeatedly...The last time I left when not only was I ignored for quite a while (again there was only one other customer in the store purchasing something bit all ladies assisting him), there also did not seem to be any bread available other than traditional Moroccan bread. The first time this happened I made do with baguettes after the initial ignoring turned into a question among the ladies whether or not I had been helped before someone finally, reluctantly asked me if I wanted anything. This last time though, I decided to leave without purchase as I did not feel comfortable being ignored and the available bread was less then appealing. On my way out, all of a sudden there came movement in the group and the ladies asked if they could help me, but I told them it was too late for that. They called after me to ask what I had wanted but I politely declined their assistance at this point and continued to leave. I went weekly for the past 3 months but guess I will take a break now to try other bread...

We visited Amoud Marrakech on Friday to place an order for a financialles cake for an upcoming occasion on Monday. Their official policy clearly states that orders must be placed 48 hours in advance, yet we were told in-store that it needed to be done 7 days ahead. This contradiction was very frustrating and left us unable to place the order as planned. To make matters worse, the service was extremely poor. The staff seemed uninterested and were not helpful at all. For a well-known name like Amoud, we expected a much higher level of professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect the reputation the brand has. Very disappointed, especially considering how much we were looking forward to trying...

Boulangerie Amoud Marrakech : Un voyage gustatif au cœur de la tradition marocaine

Dès mon entrée dans la Boulangerie Amoud Marrakech, j'ai été transporté par l'odeur envoûtante du pain chaud et des pâtisseries orientales. L'accueil chaleureux du personnel et l'ambiance conviviale m'ont tout de suite mis à l'aise.

La boulangerie propose une large gamme de pains traditionnels marocains, tous fabriqués avec des farines locales et un savoir-faire ancestral. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le pain khobz, cuit dans un four à bois et à la texture moelleuse incomparable.

La pâtisserie est également un véritable trésor. J'ai goûté aux msemen, aux chebakias et aux rghaif, et tous étaient d'une finesse et d'une saveur exceptionnelles. La boulangerie propose également des gâteaux et des tartes orientales, tous aussi appétissants les uns que les autres.

Les prix sont très raisonnables et la qualité des produits est exceptionnelle. La boulangerie dispose également d'un petit salon de thé où l'on peut déguster son pain et ses pâtisseries sur place.

J'ai passé un moment gourmand et inoubliable à la Boulangerie Amoud Marrakech et je recommande vivement cet établissement à tous les amateurs de pain et de pâtisserie traditionnelle marocaine.
