McDonald's — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

One star is too much for this establishment. The service is absolutely the worst. Extremely rude staff (Especially cashier Mohamed, who is bored, rolls his eyes, and gets annoyed with customers as if we're paying with grass instead of cash... this employee needs extended training on customer service, or placement in another role where he does not interface with customers). Rude management (Youssef, who could care less about addressing customers issues, and knows nothing about management). Food takes forever to get served, drinks boiling hot (forget about getting iced cold soda, they run out of ice and instead of informing customers they serve drinks at 40 degree C). Ice cream takes 30 minutes to be served, you drink it instead..... Special shout out to Zouhair, the only decent human being here who arranged for drinks to be replaced with cold water bottles after numerous complaints to the cashier and other managers... after all who would want to drink...

Ok so I visited this location about 18.00 today. And the whole concept of macdonalds seems to be completely lost at this location. I ordered a big tasty meal, customised my burger at extra cost, in theory this should ensure a fresh burger is made at the time of the order. The burger patty was cold the bun soggy. When i expressed my dissatisfaction, the tall female manager responded with ‘that’s nice’ walked away and continued barking orders at the rest of the staff. Levels of hygiene were clearly lacking as was the use of hairnets. The level of product and service may be acceptable by the local population but if you are visiting from abroad just don’t even bother. It fails on all levels. If anyone from macdonalds reads this, I would strongly suggest mystery shopping the location. Management is clearly lacking...

i could happily say this place needs to burn, maybe then the food would be hot, personally if I wanted orange water I would have just drunk my own **, would have at-least tasted of something then, orange juice I think not,

To the driver I apologise that you had to step foot in that establishment I assume it stank, because I’m convinced someone dragged my fries thru a mud pile, to cut to the chase wouldn’t bother I also heard the manager is French, says a lot.

Please if you work here come find me I’m waiting, whilst you’re at it bring me ACTUAL ORANGE JUICE.
