Our visit to this restaurant was unfortunately underwhelming. The service was unpleasant. Disappointingly, vegetarians would find their options very limited. The biggest letdown was the Margherita pizza. It fell far short of expectations, resembling a plain cheese pizza with a single olive. It lacked the classic elements of fresh basil and a generous amount of sauce, making it a far cry from an authentic Margherita experience. To top it all off, the staff wasn't particularly friendly. Getting their attention for anything was a chore, even though we were the only ones there. Booked to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. I'm not one for doing this, but I feel that people must know. The food was very bland and lacked flavour. My partner and I ordered the spider crab linguine, which was actually served with cheap store bought spaghetti, with my partners meal containing a lot of shells. The food may look presentable but it is far from tasting good. Seriously disappointed as we have been having good meals throughout our holiday (most cooked ourselves) and this was just a short walk away for us. My family and I had a fabulous dinner at Pasta Cozy. The staff, particularly Youseff, were absolutely fantastic. We are from the UK and I have never experienced customer service like we were given here in any restaurant I have eaten in. My father has a few food intolerances and Youssef and the chefs catered for everything we asked for. The food was absolutely beautiful, I cannot fault a single meal we had.
