Brahim sait recevoir, c’est le moins que l’on puisse dire ! Je suis venu avec mes deux enfants de 12 et 15 ans et nous avons vécu une expérience exceptionnelle. Ayant « Le Petit Prince » comme livre de chevet et une grande admiration pour Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, j’ai réservé une table pour nous trois. Dés notre arrivée nous avons été saisis par l’ambiance qui règne dans ce restaurant, dédié à l’œuvre et à la vie de cet aviateur écrivain humaniste. Brahim nous a mis à l’aise et alors a commencé une expérience d’échanges, de rires, d’émotions, de cuisine délicieuse et inspirée…un véritable temps suspendu comme l’on dit du côté de notre Savoie et en particulier du Bourget du Lac, en France. Nous sommes repartis tard, des étoiles pleins les yeux, des larmes tant d’émotions que de rires…une soirée qui nous aura tous marqués. Nous vous souhaitons de venir vous aussi suspendre le temps loin du tumulte et avec Brahim comme tenancier vous serez pour le moins servis ! Merci encore !

Siamo venuti in questo ristorante consigliati dal nostro tour operator. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Il proprietario, gentilissimo, ci ha accolti mettendoci a nostro agio e illustrato i vari piatti e menù. Consigliamo la carne di dromedario, davvero ottima! Il menù é abbondante, se non siete delle buone forchette può anche essere diviso in 2. Inoltre altro punto a favore, la presenza di una buona carta dei vini (piuttosto difficile da trovare qui in marocco). Prezzi leggermente sopra la media, ma ampiamente giustificati dal tipo di locale e dalle materie prime! Consigliato!

身為Saint Exupery 書迷，特地跑來這裡用餐，相當驚喜！我點了駱駝肉搭配米飯、薯泥與蔬菜泥。來自台灣，從小吃米飯長大的我，在這裡吃到全摩洛哥最好吃的米飯！粒粒分明，軟硬適中，調味得當，相當美味，讓人很想得到食譜，想知道是怎麼煮出來的。駱駝肉更是一絕！軟嫩可口，香氣撲鼻，入口即化，在烹煮前，肯定用心處理過，相當乾淨，且香料完全進入肉裡，十分入味。蔬菜泥也相當好吃，薯泥口感扎實。料理風格有著法式的優雅、細緻與講究，同時帶著非洲大地的狂野樸實，兩種風情完美融合在餐裡，我很喜歡。雖是一人餐，但份量十足，可見老闆慷慨大氣的性格。整間餐廳大小適中，裝潢雅緻且相當安靜，適合想找個幽靜空間，享受食物美味的消費者。這間餐廳在烹調、食材與整體氣氛營造上，比一般餐廳講究，自然反應在價格上，我認為是合理且相當值得的。這家餐廳與一般摩洛哥餐館明顯不同，在已鄰近沙漠地帶的Ouarzazate 可說獨樹一幟，非常推薦！老闆同時也是廚師，和善親切又慷慨熱情，是一個很有自己想法與堅持的餐飲專業人士。另外，看到滿牆Saint Exupery 的照片，讓人開心！

Overall very good experience. The chef and owner is very nice to customers. Food is good and portions are abundant. Pumpkin soup was amazing.

It has a higher price than average (500 MAD for 2 people) but probably worth it vs. Other local restaurants.

Minor point is that lighting inside is slightly cold due to the white LEDs. Could benefit for some warmer colours to make it feel homely in the same way the owner is...

Fantastic experience!! The owner/chef was so warm and friendly. Very happy to offer vegetarian options for us. The vegetable couscous was the best Ive ever had! So much flavour and love in the cooking. The bread was homemade and again the best Ive ever had in Morocco. The chef even shared his recipe with us. I highly highly recommend...

Had a wonderful meal at this cozy restaurant.The chef, who was also our server, has a wonderful way of combining great flavours and presenting an elegant meal. We ordered lamb and the serving was quite large-large enough to be comfortably shared between two of us. This restaurant also offers wine. Not to be missed if you find yourself...
