I am editing my feedback, since I cannot reply.

First of all, I find it insulting that you would accuse me of attempting to 'outsmart the system' to get food for free. I have hundreds of orders on the Glovo app and have ordered from your restaurant multiple times without issue. To suggest that I am trying to take advantage of the system is both unprofessional and baseless.

As a restaurant, it’s your responsibility to ensure that customers are informed when an item is unavailable. According to Glovo support, you had a five-minute window to notify me, and I wouldn’t have been charged. Instead, you accepted the order, then called me several minutes later to inform me that you didn’t have the item I ordered. I immediately told you that I would cancel, yet you proceeded to prepare and send the order despite knowing I no longer wanted it.

It’s quite clear who is actually trying to manipulate the system here, as you deliberately used the time I was contacting Glovo support to prepare and deliver an order that you knew I had no interest in receiving.

Next time, focus on properly managing your inventory and communicating with your customers instead of throwing around baseless accusations. I won’t be ordering from your restaurant again, and I’ll make sure others are aware of how you handle...

Always eat here when in Rabat - sometimes breakfast, sometimes lunch. Love that all is made fresh when ordered. Like the environment - feels safe and open even for lady alone. Good quality Moroccan food for very reasonable price 😄. Hope to be back...
