I visited complex elkasbah twice this week, and while the food was undeniably delicious, I experienced some issues that left me disappointed.

Firstly, I noticed a clear preference for foreign customers over Moroccans. On both occasions, I observed that foreigners were given priority in terms of service, while locals, like myself, were left waiting longer than necessary. This felt unfair and unprofessional.

Secondly, the attitude of the waiter was less than satisfactory. Their behavior toward Moroccan customers seemed dismissive compared to their friendly and attentive approach to foreigners. It’s frustrating to feel undervalued as a customer in my own country.

That said, I must emphasize that the quality of the food was excellent. The flavors were rich, and the dishes were prepared with care. However, good food alone cannot make up for a lack of respect and fairness in customer service.

I hope the management takes these points into consideration, as everyone, regardless of their background, deserves equal and...

Open with limited menu options during Ramadan! Not the full range available but a few pizza, pasta, kebab & Tajine options - plenty to choose from. Beautiful and romantic setting in the evening but all outside (bare in mind for those chilli nights😉). During our stay we ate only here as we couldn't find any other decent option during Ramadan and walked every night the 1.1 km.😁 The food was delicious and plenty and was served fairly quickly after ordering. The only restaurant so far in our 2 weeks touring Morocco which didn't offer a bit of olives & bread for a welcome.

Service on the first night was very very attentive and friendly on the following 2 nights less. Waiter chatting around with his colleagues and not clearing the table after we finished the food.

We were thankful to have such a nice restaurant option during Ramadan and would return...

Kasbah Complex is a charming multi-purpose dining destination that caters to a variety of tastes and preferences. The venue offers different seating areas, allowing guests to choose the atmosphere that suits them best—whether it’s for families, quiet gatherings, or open-air seating.

The menu is diverse, featuring a wide selection of meals, along with ice creams and fresh juices. The space is large and beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant and relaxing ambiance. Hygiene standards are well-maintained, especially in the restrooms, and the prices are quite reasonable.

However, a few downsides were noted:

There was a noticeable delay in order delivery.

No TPE (card payment) terminal was available, which could be inconvenient for...

Service is super slow and pretty bad. The servers purposely ignore you after repeated demand. It gets too hot, and there is little shade. The servers don't understand instructions most of the time. You sit and sweat 😓 and wait. Priority is given to larger foreign groups. They assign 2 servers to the table that orders more food. Sandwiches are tinny, and pizza is also small. It's not the right place if you want to get full. Tagine is also way overpriced. It's tinny, and the meat is bonny. Look at the picture. Couscous is super small also. What a shame and discrimination I'm not coming back to this racist place

The food is okay, it taste good. BUT who ever is hiring stuff, he better hire some more, because there is so many people, imagine that the waiter made me get up and transfer the order to the pizza chef, then made me get up again to pick it up from the kitchen. That was very disrespectful even if I enjoyed my time with myself, but if somebody was me, he would be MAD and WILD. I don't study business, but I know the first rule. ALWAYS PUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST!
