Imim Jus & Snack — Restaurant in Taroudant

Imim Jus & Snack is a pleasant, clean and modern fast-food restaurant on Avenue Moulay Rachid in Taroudant that has a wide variety of food items and fresh fruit juices.

Its corner location is ideal for people watching if you sit outside at any of the dozen tables. Inside, there are tables with chairs and half a dozen booths with cushioned seats. The walls have large interesting murals with lots of English words.

When my brother and I discovered Imim Jus & Snack, we were impressed with the cleanliness and menu. It is affordable and the food is generally excellent. Our waiter spoke excellent English. On my first visit I ordered a King Burger that was near perfect, with a firm warm bun and good quality of ground beef, along with a tomato slice and lettuce plus the cheese. The French fries were just as I had specified: hot and crispy.

The next day I ordered a Salade Nicoise and it was excellent: crispy baby leaves of Romaine lettuce, tuna on top of rice, boiled potato, a generous amount of grated carrot and beets, with a few cherry tomatoes and olives.

I made the mistake, however, of ordering the American Chicken. It looked like KFC, but it lacked the spicy taste. The chef needs to add some pepper and salt to the batter to improve. I did not like the color of the penne pasta that accompanied the chicken.

The service is generally quick except on Sunday nights when it has many customers and slower service.

That said, in Taroudant, Imim Jus & Snack is a welcome discovery, and most food and drinks are very good. I also enjoyed a fruit drink as well as a Virgin Mojito, with plenty of ice cubes.

I found the inside in early October too warm, so I chose to sit at an outside table with my brother. The place has two air conditioners, but they were not turned on. However, on my most recent visit in September 2024, the air-conditioning was turned on, so the restaurant was delightfully cool inside. The restaurant has strong WiFi.

Imim provides a range of delicious quick meals such as; tacos, pizza's, pastichio, burgers and more. The food always tastes perfectly seasoned and has an ideal amount of sauce with each meal. The tacos are large and have an on point amount of sauce filling, as well as an equivalent amount of chicken and fries. Tastes delicious. Would definetly recommend their food.

For what they serve, the price is wonderful!

We were 4 people, first 3 orders got cold waiting for the 3rd to arrive as between every order 5mins gap, sauces are diluted and they don’t give you enough had to ask for more like 3 times, not looking forward to going back sorry Imim ure...
