Poor Service Experience – No Response for Delivery Orders!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's necessary to share my recent experience. I tried calling Café Restaurant Marwa multiple times to place a delivery order, but no one picked up the phone despite repeated attempts over a span of 30 minutes. For a restaurant that advertises delivery service, this is extremely frustrating and disappointing!

There was no voicemail option, no message about being closed or busy just constant ringing or immediate disconnection. In today’s world, where customer service and communication are so vital, this kind of unresponsiveness really stands out for the wrong reasons.

I hope management sees this and takes steps to improve their phone service and responsiveness. Until then, I’ll be...

My experience here was quite disappointing and didn't live up to the hype. While the staff members were kind on a personal level, the overall service felt disorganized and inconsistent.

A major issue was the menu; not all the advertised options were actually available, which is always frustrating.

I ordered the kofta tagine, and it was a letdown. The dish was overwhelmingly filled with potatoes, making the actual kofta scarce and failing to justify its value.

The place is clearly popular (I saw a local football team having dinner there), but in my opinion, the high price point and the reputation are not matched by the quality of the food or the reliability of the service. You can definitely find better value for your money...

Seeing lots of positive reviews decided to give it a try and this place does not disappoint at all!!! We are travelling as a group of 6 with 2 kids, our 3rd day in 🇲🇦 and this was the best food we had so far!! And as a bonus cheapest too!!! Great selection, superb quality and perfect quantity! Everyone will find something for themselves, even picky kids😉 my daughter have a nut allergy which also wasn’t a problem for staff, they made us confident that there won’t be any surprises and everyone just enjoyed the food.
