Want my comment? So here it is .... I'm very dissatisfied. I have been traveling to Morocco for 5 years, and I have my own business for 25 years and travel a lot, but I haven't experienced such a miserable service. They knew in advance what time we would arrive, so they were aware that we could not catch everything that was supposed to be in the program, but you always hear only "no problem, no problem". We pay full price "75€" per person. We missed the sunset, instead of 4 hours on camels we were 45 minutes, one tajine for 4 people? It was probably a joke, we were hungry ... Breakfast again for about two .... for such a service I never, ever come back to this...
Read moreWe found it really hard to choose an agency with whom to do a trip to the desert/Erg Chegaga. Zagora Desert Travel, specifically our tour guide Rachid, was the best choice we could have made. We turned up in the morning, could organise the trip with them and leave only a few hours later, in the early afternoon. On the way the desert and back, Rachid taught us a lot about the local culture, history and nature. And then the desert experience… we couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Camel rides at dawn, sunset on the dunes, dune surfing with a snowboard at sunrise, amazing Tajine for dinner and very friendly locals on site at the little desert huts. Can...
Read moreThe tour was good. But I think we payed too much for it. (140€ per person) we were 3 guys, so it included 1 guide, 1 driver, camel tour dinner and breakfast. We went to the real desert (erg chegaga) and decided to do the more expensive tour, relying on 5 star rated TripAdvisor. After we came back, Ismael asked us directly to rate the tour TripAdvisor, at least 3 times.. feels like the 5 stars were kind of forced more or less.. As I said, the tour was good, the desert awesome but I think you can get the same at other places... or at least better tents! We slept outside,...
