The Tea Club — Restaurant in Yangon

So, I’m gonna be honest with everything about this review. I am a regular customer to this restaurant. I have had breakfast and lunch multiple times and food is always good. The issue I think the owner should be aware is the service. I had terrible experience with the service and all last few days ago. I was with my grandma and my mom there. We were there for breakfast and as you know, the elderly people have certain preferences and modifications they would like to change when it comes to their dishes because of health complications and all. The waitress took the order but still messed up the order. Secondly, there’s no need for some waitresses and waiters to flaunt English words to the elderly people who don’t understand English. Just say what the dish is in Burmese rather than flaunting English words. Like we just wanna have breakfast but not an English language school session. Thirdly, i notice the waiters’ performance differs based on whether the owner is around or not. When owner is around , they are attentive but when he isn’t around, they become less attentive and all. Overall I like this restaurant but I think the service section is holding this establishment back from...

Very clean with seating options on two floors. P.S: make reservations if you want to sit by the window with a beautiful view. The tables are placed at a decent distances, had hand sanitizers on every table, and all the staff wore mask and the servers had gloves on. We ordered the mixed berry tea (hot) which is very aromatic and tangy, an excellent recommendation from one of the servers. My beef burger was very tasty while my daughter's chicken burger didn't look that appetising. The chicken in the burger came with skin and had some syrup which gave it a sweet after taste and made the bun soggy. All in all very good service. I would dedinitely go back to try other...

2nd time review 9.10.25 This time, we tried the fish and chips, coffee, Pink Party, and flat rice noodles (Myeik style). The texture of the fried fish needs improvement, as the coating was harder than it should be. The Pink Party’s flavor could be richer. The coffee and flat rice noodles were okay. It should be improved further so that the flavors match the price being charged.

1st time review I gave 4 ⭐ They can make their dishes taste unique. The desserts are not too sweet and are really tasty. We liked the dessert most. Among the dishes we tried....we didn't like the Nan Gyi Tote much but it's good to eat...
