White Swan Myanmar Tea House — Restaurant in Yangon

Expectations were not met.

It's a beautiful fancy restaurant on the bank of Inya Lake. Posh and fancy restaurant. A good place to take pictures which most ppl seem to visit there for that. We ordered Cakes n pastries and coffees. Cakes were okay and overpriced. Expected coffee to be really good because of the location. Who would want to enjoy a really nice coffee by the lake n enjoying the sunset? But yeah was disappointed. Coffees didn't met the expectations. Service was good. Staffs were good. Overall had a good time but was disappointed with coffee. Great location....

The Smoothie is bit too sweet, and i think the coffee bean is baking off or not very freash , because the black is too bitter and sour , not like the Myanmar coffee . and the food price is too expensive . the only desirable is the view and location , but they not allow use the camera to take photo, it's too weird ....., all in all if you want to take photo ,you can come there, Remember .not take photo with your camera only use phone (Laugh) and i think if you want to eat or dring something at there , you will feel...

Living in Yangon as a foreign expatriate for many years and probably some more years to come, I am always excited when a new, decent restaurant shows up in town. This restaurant opened a while ago, but I had a chance to eat there recently.
