View. View is the first thing to say about this place. It is really good!! I mean, its not too often you get amazing view from toilet! The view is so good even from toilet, that make u want to go to toilet deliberately. Also, good food and service as well. It's good for friends, chilling out with ur mates or just come with your partner as a date. Even though it aims towards a casual audience, going with family is definitely an option, a good option. Food i had was good, drinks are plenty of variety, I did not try drinks since I went there for lunch with family. I was late to the party so I didn't get food photos, except mine, pork ribs. Portion was huge, definitely enough for one, can even share. Parking is limited, but there is a few security personnel who will help you get a spot. They do have basement parking but it is reserved for hotel and residents. Cozy place, restaurant at a height near a main road between MoeKaung and on rooftop where ypu can see the west, south and east view of the city from Baukhtaw area. European Dinning signature with Beef Steak, but we tried just a Americano since we came for the Talks only that we spent ykme tl networking after the Talks.

I had dinner with my family in this rooftop restaurant. There are 2 floors and the lower floor is suitable for having big meals. It's a nice place to chill with a view on the cafe-style upper floor. I ordered Cheesy Carbonara and Lemon Tea Soda which is so refreshing. The delivery of the dishes is fast and the customer service is good. The waiters took the dishes that had already finished eating, without needing to call them while we were still having a meal. The prices are fair but it may look a bit pricey for others.
