My Dream Hotel — Hotel in Yangon

I just had the most ridiculous experience today at this hotel and had to move to another hotel at 22:55 in anger and disbelief. I chose this hotel to stay alone for two nights since it's just a 10 minute drive to my meeting. I checked in at 17:10 and everything was fine until one of the staff opened my room with a master key without even knocking around 21:40. I just got out of the shower and was in just a towel. Thanks for the door bar restrictor, it wasn't fully opened. The staff said sorry and that he was just checking each room and left while I was left frozen on the spot. Then I packed my things and asked for the manager, but the receptionist (who was also the guy who came and opened my door) just returned my identity card unapologetically and said that the manager was already asleep and would not be bothered to call me, let alone see me, and no refund would be given according to their hotel policy. She came down only when I told them that I'd like to continue our conversation at the police station. (she was just staying on the 1st floor) The manager said that it was their hotel routine for their staff to personally check for each room at night for availability and that refund wasn't an option since I have stayed at their hotel for more than thirty minutes. I called my lawyer and told the manager what offences they were committing. Only then I got to choose either a refund or a relocation to another room. I got an apology from the guy but not from that manager. (she even told me something along the lines like since the refund would be cut off from the staff's salary and he had already apologized to me, that I should be happy. For a frequent traveler, laundry service is a must for a hotel. This one is the best in twon because they not only wash it but also bleach it and then the most surpris thing is they pack it like a new clothes for sale and return it to my room. This is not some thing you'll find in the local hotel but only in those five star hotel. ||||If you are only looking for a comfortable bed and a healthy breakfast to energize your day then this hotel is worth the money and with any extra laundry service the CP ratio is at the top...

OMG why no one ever write reviews on this hotel? I was at this hotel for 3 days. Starting from check-in to check-out, the entire time, I had amazing stay. Breakfast is included, and it is buffet. The top floor has better view of course. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, and they are very polite. It has wifi, free parking, 24 hrs reception.... 10-15 min drive from the airport. I would say it is affordable price but my friends don't wanna...
