Hickory Creek Spur Namibia — Restaurant in Erongo Region

I am very disappointed and shocked by the terrible experience I had. A waitress arguing and fighting me infront of other customers all because I asked for a take away before 20h00. This waitress insisted the kitchen was closed after confirming the kitchen usually closed at 20h30. Another waitress intervened and took my order, when I left to get my boyfriend who had parked our car, the waitress from hell locked us out. I have never experienced anything like it. Maybe I'm spoiled but in Whk you would never get that kind of service. Eventually she unlocked the glass door after talking about us for us to hear. Please speak to the staff,not only is this unprofessional it can really hurt the business. I for one will...

We were greeted with extreme friendliness and our server, Queen was very helpful with the menu and took our order. A friend arrives at another table 10min later, orders and gets his food, a few others arrive and get their food when finally 2 of the 3 of my party get our order. Expecting the 3rd persons order to arrive momentarily we eat. 15min later we have to ask for the 3rd persons order. The blame is given to the kitchen. This is simply poor management... I will not make use of this branch...

The New Hickory Creek Spur in the Dunes Mall, is really a breath of fresh air compared to the previous Spur in town. The New setup is very elegant and stylish, everything well though through, with the layout considering every customer need, whether you dine alone, with a group and even for people with lots of energetic children, all needs are met.
