I am absolutely furious with the experience we had at this restaurant. We came in excited to try the food—it looked great on the menu and the prices were ridiculously high, so we expected quality. There were three of us. Two people got their food fairly quickly while I was left sitting there waiting. By the time my food arrived, the others were already done eating, and I was forced to sit and chew while everyone else just waited. No conversation, no enjoyment—completely ruined the experience.
And when my food finally arrived, it was a total disaster. The onion rings were soggy, the meat portion was pathetically small, and worst of all—everything was cold! Absolutely unacceptable. I had to send it back, which wasted even more time.

Read moreAmazing selection of food, good vibes and amazing drinks. Definitely a morning person's first stop or a family breakfast/lunch. Make sure you don't order the same thing because the various options on the menu are quite up to standard. Sure, it is expensive at Mugg & Bean, but you get your money's worth.
I say it again, Mugg & Bean is expensive. Those prices come as a shock every time I eat there. But you will agree with me, everything is huge and appetising there. I recommend you try the Chai Latte as a beginner; the various types of pancakes and maybe a giant chocolate chip cookie. But that's my taste....
