KFC Southgate — Restaurant in Khomas

We all love KFC, but the Namibian establishment is useless. Unfortunately a monopoly has led to no competition and there are no other choices. It is shocking that the international franchise would want to have their name associated with such poor service. I arrived on a Saturday just after 9pm. 4 cars ahead of me in the drive through, each taking 10 minutes to get through. Once I finally got to the order station (after waiting for 30 minutes) I was told there is no chicken and an additional 30min waiting time. How is it possible to have such a lack of planning and disregard for customers? At least let people know who are waiting that you are running out of chicken. I had 4 other cars behind me who would have all had to get to the order station to find out. I got out my car and informed the others and reversed...

First bad experience I was told to wait outside the drive through because the timer is running on my food and its not ready, I tried to explain that there is nowhere to park but the lady insisted, I had to park on the yellow lines in-front of kfc and the security guard yelled at me and the whole staff became unpleasant, I will rather not say what the lady said to me.

I tried the drive through again today and exactly the same happened except this time they gave me my food but instead of a normal twister as I ordered they gave me a zinger one just get me away and I only realized this when I was back home, I basically gave the food away since I can’t eat zinger. WASTE OF MY MONEY, probably the worst kfc in Windhoek. Stick to Mega Centre...

The food was very delicious and the service was good but I deducted one because it was a bit slow since people are alot and the assistants are few and the atmosphere is very good,very quite,clean and fresh..I'll suggest you add few assistants just to makethe service Abit fast and lastly I really love the way Shannon and the other workers...
