I have had most restaurant's pork ribs, so I can safely say that they were the most tender fall-off-the-bone ribs I have ever had in Windhoek🍖. I just wish they grilled the ribs to generate a crispy and sticky bark before or after the smoking process. The fatcakes were nice and big, just a tad oily, just my opinion. The Dorilocos were not according the FB pictures, i.e. downloaded pictures to generate the advert, which sadly seems to be all their adverts. So keep in mind that the products you get will not look the same as advertised on FB. I will definitely order again! I can see me becoming a loyal...

Just came from there and got three meats the brisket is so over done dry and absolutely disgusting the lamb isn’t much better the pork ribs also over done….. this is precooked garbage that they reheat (it clearly wasn’t smoked today) and slather sauce over. What a shame. All the meat is dry and way overcooked and the parts that aren’t are just large pieces of fat. What a waste of time and money. I’ve had better meat at Spur…. And their meat sucks.
