The parking is absolutely unsafe. It has happened a few times where thieves break into cars and clean them out of everything of value. Keep in mind this is within a fenced enclosure with "security" thus obviously an inside job. The owner seems to show no remorse and simply shrugs it off as if it is not his problem. Things need to change, might as well park by the public swimming pool if I wanted to jeopardise my car...
