Disappointing Experience and Rude Service

We had high hopes for Speakeasy and called ahead to make a dinner reservation for 3 people. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely full and, shockingly, our reserved table had been given away.

Instead of an apology, the waitress was dismissive and rude, simply pointing us to a cramped table in the corner with barely enough space for 2 people. When we voiced our concern, she showed zero interest in helping and just told us to “take our seats” with a tone that made it clear she didn’t care.

I recently went for drinks with friends and we were warmly welcomed by both the chefs and staff. The restaurant has a fresh, cheerful atmosphere that immediately sets a positive tone. The food was delicious, though we felt the portions were a bit small considering the prices—though we do understand the challenges of the industry.

My main concern, however, is safety: there is a step that’s difficult to notice, and unfortunately, my friend tripped and fell. It was upsetting and quite embarrassing for her, and later that evening, we saw another guest fall in the same spot. This could become dangerous if not addressed.

I just had the best cocktails in Namibia @thespeakeasy bar -the village garden. Guys ladies night was the greatest idea for this exceptional cocktail and wine bar. We had the most lovely and prompt service from :,I must mention my top favorites, Riri von clot , Rose and eddie. Best service guys...
